Steel pier top caps consist of a 12"x6"x1/2" plate, 3 1/2"x10" pipe, and two 3 1/2" gussets. These are coupled with two concrete cylinders for shimming to make a solid support for any foundation. These items are welded together to create a long-lasting platform for your home. They are placed on top of the final pressurized stem to complete the pier.
All Steel Top Cap
Our all steel top caps are similar to our standard top cap however the concrete cylinder shims are replaced with a steel pipe attachment. They consist of a 13"x6"x1/2" plate, 3 1/2"x10" pipe, and two 3 1/2" gussets with 2- 2" pieces welded to the top for the steel pipe attachment's to easily be placed on top. This designs allows for a perfectly centered lift over the pressurized stems, faster installation times, and a perfectly even load distribution once the Jack is removed. These items are welded together to create a long-lasting platform for your home. They are placed on top of the final pressurized stem to complete the pier.
Steel Pier Top Shim
Our steel pipe shimming attachments are to be coupled with the all steel peir top shim. These attachments come in two sizes being 12" and 10" and are used for shimming on the all steel top cap, eliminating the use of concrete cylinders.
Steel Pier Bottom Cap
The bottom piece is made of a 3 1/2"x1/4" steel piece that is then fit and welded onto a 4" piece of 2 7/8" diameter pipe.This piece is driven into the ground first, where a stem is inserted into it.
